About the evening

A conversation about the power of the vote.

An evening of fellowship and purpose gives supporters a chance to learn more about the National Urban League's civic engagement work — while helping raise critical resources for voter education, outreach, and engagement ahead of the coming election.

We are honored to gather at the AMEC Publishing House. The AMEC Publishing House is the publishing arm of the African Methodist Episcopal Church, founded in 1882 and rooted in Nashville since 1886. It is one of the oldest Black-owned publishing houses in America and remains the home of The Christian Recorder, the oldest continuously published periodical by people of African descent in this country. We are holding a conversation about amplifying Black voice in a house built for exactly that purpose.

Every registration and gift funds the on-the-ground programs that get voters to the polls.
